How much will it cost to repair my Apple Device?

How long will a repair take?

A majority of repairs are completed within 3-5 working days.

In some cases where the repair is more complicated, or if specialist parts are required then the repair can take slightly longer.

What is the Express Repair Service?

The Express Repair Service ensures your unit is repaired within 24 hours of reaching us (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Express Repairs take priority in the queue of repairs to be completed.

There is an extra charge of £19.99 for the Express Repair Service.

How do I send my blackberry for repair?

You should complete the online booking in process for your Apple Device and send it to us with a printout of the quotation form which we emailed to you.

What postal service should I use to send my Apple Device for repair?

We recommend you securely package your device and send it to us using a tracked delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.

What postal service do you use?

We mainly use Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next working Day Delivery Service).

In some cases we may use other couriers such as DHL or Parcel Force.

What is a requote?

Is some cases when we inpect a unit, we may find additional faults that were not initially anticipated.

In these cases we would contact you with an amended price, and you will have a choice of proceeding or cancelling the repair.

Please note the minimum charge would be due if a requote is refused.

Do I have to pay if my Apple Device is not repaired?

There is a minimum charge of £14.99 + return postage costs in all cases, this fee applies whether the unit is successfully repaired or not.

This fee covers the time, resources and any parts we may have used in inspecting and diagnosing the fault.

In some cases we also provide the option of Donating an un-repairable device for recycling, in which case we would cancel the minimum charge fee, and no payment would be requested from you.

Will I lose my data if I send you my Apple Device for repair?

Please ensure you backup your data and personal settings before you send us your unit.

In some cases data can be wiped from your device, and we will not be held responsible for loss of any data.

It is you responsibility to regularly backup your personal data.

Yes, we always use genuine blackberry parts, unless they are not available in which case we would use high quality alternatives.
